This baby is packed with SO much flavor! She’s a labor of love taking two full days to make. An entire batch contains 120 pounds of rhubarb from Arnsman Farm out of Allegan, MI! We clean and cut it all by hand and then it is cooked, strained and bottled. We use whole pod green cardamom and grind them ourselves so that it releases the most amount of flavor. This is paired well with gin, vodka, whiskey, green tea, lemonade, and especially delicious in an iced coffee!
