Ginger Basil Pisco Sour

 

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Let’s Stay Home Ginger Basil mix
• 2 oz Pisco
• 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
• 1 egg white
• Angostura House Bitters
• Lime for garnish

Let’s make it!

Shake the Ginger Basil mix, Pisco, lime juice, and egg white together vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 10-15 seconds. Pour into a serving glass, and top with 3-5 dashes of the bitters. Add a slice of lime or dehydrated lime for garnish.
